Build a mobile-first expense tracker using Vite + React. Include: add expense with amount, category, date, and note fields, monthly summary view with total and category breakdown, pie chart showing spending by category, expense list with filtering by month and category, budget alerts when close to limit, CSV export, and localStorage persistence. Use a card-based UI with category color coding.
