1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Modurian ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use https://modurian.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: Google account identifier, email, and display name from Google sign-in.

Usage data: chat messages, project files, session metadata, credits usage, and technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and operations.

Payment data: billing is handled by Stripe; we receive subscription status and customer identifiers, not full card numbers.

Cookies: essential cookies for authentication (see Cookie Policy).

3. How we use data

To provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, enforce policies, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

To send prompts and context to AI providers so agents can respond (see Processors below).

5. Processors & sharing

We use service providers including Google (OAuth), Stripe (payments), hosting providers, and AI model vendors (e.g. DeepSeek, MiniMax, OpenAI, Google Gemini as configured). They process data on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention

We retain account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal compliance.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some logs may be retained as required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@modurian.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in Norway, the EU, the US, or other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or email where appropriate.
